How Singomakers collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

Singomakers operates singomakers.com and the website’s waitlist, voucher activation and license recovery services. In this policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Singomakers.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you join a waitlist, activate a voucher, recover a license or contact support. This can include your email address, the offer you signed up for, signup date and notification preferences.
For license services, we keep the information needed to identify your entitlement, such as your email address, product, voucher reference, license details and activation history. We also keep messages and information you choose to send to support.
Our servers may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, dates and errors for security and troubleshooting. Our own website statistics count page views and button clicks in aggregate; these counters do not use advertising IDs or analytics cookies.
3. How we use information
We use your information to provide activation and license recovery, respond to support requests, maintain and protect our services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
If you join a waitlist, we use your email to send the launch news and offers you requested, including an ADE launch offer where applicable. Activating or recovering a license does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for promotional emails, the performance of a contract for license services, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, or a legal obligation.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, including providing license recovery, handling support, maintaining security and meeting legal recordkeeping requirements.
Waitlist details are kept while needed for the launch notifications you requested or until you withdraw your consent. We may retain a limited record of your opt-out to respect your preference. License records may need to be retained to verify entitlements and support future recovery.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to stop waitlist or promotional emails at any time by contacting support@singomakers.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may need to be retained for legal reasons or to protect an existing license entitlement.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it for their work. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
