Singomakers
Terms of Service
Last updated:
The terms for using the Singomakers website, waitlist and license services. Please read them before using these services.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to singomakers.com and its related website services, operated by Singomakers. ‘We’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Singomakers. You must be legally able to accept these terms or use the services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
A product’s separate license agreement, and the purchase terms presented by the seller, also apply where relevant. These terms do not replace those agreements or your mandatory consumer rights.
2. Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when using our forms. You must not misuse vouchers, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software or interfere with the website or its services.
Keep your vouchers, license files and private download links secure. Only activate or recover licenses you are entitled to use. Contact support if you believe a code or license has been used without permission.
3. Waitlists and launch offers
Joining a waitlist is free. It lets us email you about the launch and the offer you requested. It does not place an order, create a software license or charge you anything.
Details of launch offers, including offers for ADE attendees, will be provided when the offer becomes available. Any eligibility requirements and offer terms will be explained with the offer. Product details, launch dates and prices may change before a purchase is made.
You can ask to leave the waitlist at any time by contacting support@singomakers.com.
4. Activation, licenses and recovery
Voucher activation requires a valid voucher and an email address you control. Vouchers are subject to the eligibility and usage limits that apply to them. Once activated, a license is linked to the details used during activation.
License recovery uses the email address associated with the license. We may request reasonable proof of entitlement before resolving an access problem. Software may only be used in accordance with its applicable license agreement; downloading a file does not transfer ownership of the software.
5. Purchases through other stores
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply alongside our Refund Policy. When buying through another store, review that seller’s checkout and refund terms and contact that seller for payment issues.
Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation, refund, warranty or other rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
The website, software, text, artwork and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Singomakers or their respective owners and licensors. You may browse the website and use materials as permitted by the relevant license or by law.
You must not copy, redistribute, sell or otherwise exploit protected materials or software without the necessary permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and external links
We aim to keep the website and license services available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may update features or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the services or address misuse.
External stores, videos and other linked services are operated by their own providers. We are not responsible for their availability, content or terms.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We do not guarantee that every page or service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep backups of your work and important license files.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information provided through the website, waitlists and license services.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest update. Changes do not override rights already granted under a product license or a completed purchase, and any notice required by applicable law will be provided.
For questions about these terms, the website or your license, contact support@singomakers.com.
